- All items are not exchangeable
- If items are faulty, please inform us within 7 days from the time we send out your item
- Buyer will have to bear return postage cost, in the case of an exchange
- We will only refund full payment if the items is out of stock / sold out
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid
